I agree to receive two bottles quarterly based on the club selected.
I will notify Westport Winery of any address, telephone, email, or credit card changes, and will pay state taxes and shipping charges due to misdirected or returned shipments.
I authorize Westport Winery to charge my credit card in accordance with the club I have selected. Credit Card information will be collected by phone at this time.
I may cancel my membership in writing at anytime after one year. If I cancel before receiving two shipments there will be a $40 cancellation fee.
