Driving Directions from Seattle
(Approximate driving time: 2.5 hours)
Drive south on I-5 to Olympia. At Olympia
take Exit 104 (towards Aberdeen and ocean
beaches) which is Highway 101 North. Stay on
this highway as it turns into Highway 8 West
and later 12 West. Upon reaching Aberdeen,
follow the signs that take you to Highway
101 North — to Hoquiam and ocean beaches.
(DO NOT TAKE THE WESTPORT TURN.) You should
be in the left lane as you cross the Hoquiam
Bridge. Bear right and then turn left at the
second traffic light onto Highway 109 (Ocean
Shores and ocean beaches). After
approximately 18 miles, turn left onto
Highway 115 (Oyehut/Ocean Shores). Highway
115 turns into Damon Rd. as you curve to the
right. Turn left into Ocean Shores – through
the stone gates. Follow this road into
downtown Ocean Shores. At the light turn
right on Chance de la Mer where you will
drive several blocks toward the ocean. At
the stop sign on Ocean Shores Boulevard turn
left and go about half a mile until you see
Family Vacation Rentals office on the right.
This is where you check in and get your key.
Once you’ve completed your check-in, drive
back out to Highway 109 and turn left.
You’ll go north two miles until you get to
the bend in the road called Ocean City. Turn
left on Second Avenue (this is the Ocean
City beach approach) and go one block west.
The Blue Sea House and the Green Tree House
are on the corner on the left.
